1. Returns
• Eligibility: You can return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
• Sale items marked as final sale.
• Gift cards.
• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Return Process:

• We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
• Condition of Return: Returned items that are worn, damaged, or do not meet the above criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
2. Refunds
• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, or items returned beyond the 30-day window).
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we’ve made an error (such as sending the wrong item).
3. Exchange
• Exchange Process: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

We will work quickly to resolve the problem, including providing a prepaid shipping label for the return and issuing a full refund or replacement.
